every filing, read within the hour
Insiders tell the SEC.
We tell you which ones to believe.
When several executives buy their own company's stock at the same time, most people call it a signal. We tested 2,465 of them. The buying itself predicts almost nothing. The buyers' own track record does. So that is what we score.

The finding
The cluster means little.
The buyer's record means a lot.
We took every case since 2023 where two or more insiders bought the same stock within a few weeks and measured the stock 90 days later against the S&P 500. The famous signal is noise. What the specific buyers had done before is not. Our first score ignored that, so we threw it away and rebuilt it.

What you get
A signal reads like a sentence.
Which company, who bought, how much, what those people's earlier buys did, and a score you can argue with. Below are real ones, shown on the free 3-day delay.
The leaderboard
The people worth following.
Thousands of insiders with a record, each with their own page: every group buy they were part of and what the stock did in the 90 days after. When one of them buys again, you hear about it.

A live account you can audit. Losers included.
A simulated $1,000 account buys every signal scoring 60 or more at the close on the day it appears, holds it 90 days, and sells. Nothing is added later, nothing is removed, and every entry price is the one that was on the screen that day. The rules were fixed on 5 September 2026 and replayed over August at each signal's filing date; everything since is live, and each position says which it is. Watch it work or watch it fail.

How it works
Three steps, no magic.
01
Every filing, within the hour
Executives and directors must report a purchase of their own stock to the SEC within two business days. We read every one of those filings as it lands.
02
The ones where they buy together
One insider buying can mean anything. Several buying the same company in the same few weeks is the pattern worth a second look. Those become signals.
03
Scored by who is buying
The score comes from what actually predicted results across 2,465 past cases. Most of the weight sits on whether these particular people have been right before.
A mandatory SEC disclosure that corporate insiders (executives, directors, 10%+ owners) must file within 2 business days of buying or selling their company's stock. It's public data. Most traders just never look at it systematically.
Because that's what the data said. Across 2,452 group buys with a full 90-day outcome, the average result was slightly below the market. When the specific buyers had beaten the market on their earlier buys, the next one averaged +10.8% above it. The size of the purchase and the titles involved added almost nothing.
