1. What Form4Signals is (and is not)

Form4Signals is a research and education tool. We aggregate publicly available SEC Form 4 filings and present derived analytics, scores, and simulated portfolio data.

Form4Signals is NOT an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Signal scores are statistical research outputs, not predictions. We do not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to any brokerage.

All performance figures shown on this site, including the model portfolio, are simulated. Simulated results do not represent real trading and past performance — simulated or real — does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed financial adviser before making them.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person; accounts may not be shared, resold, or used to redistribute our data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, attempt to scrape or bulk-export data, circumvent access controls, or violate these terms.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and start with a free trial (14 days, or 30 days if you were invited). You are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. After that, your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled.

You can cancel anytime from the billing portal on your Account page, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds: if you were charged for a period you did not mean to keep, email us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

EU and UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the start of a paid subscription. Because the service is delivered digitally and immediately, by starting a paid period you agree that we may begin the service right away; you keep the right to withdraw within those 14 days for a refund of that period.

Prices may change with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

4. Data and availability

Signal data is derived from public SEC EDGAR filings and third-party market data sources. We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Filings can be amended, data sources can err or go down, and signals may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Form4Signals and its operator are not liable for any losses — including trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

5. Acceptable use

You may not: resell or redistribute our data or signals; use automated tools to scrape the service; probe or attack our infrastructure; misrepresent our outputs as your own or as investment advice to others; or use the service where doing so is unlawful.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
